Kimberly & David met while working at Nordstrom, which I of course think is adorable! He was first introduced to her family as David from the children’s shoes department. Flash forward to April 28, 2012,the big wedding day…big blue sky gorgeous wedding day. This wedding was a mix of traditional and not so traditional. The day started in Wellesley at the Wellesley Congregational Church, where this couple worships and where Kimberly sings (she is a crazy talented professional singer.)
Kimberly & company got ready upstairs while David & company got ready on the lower level. They saw each other for the first time that day with Kimberly in the aisle with her father and David at the front of the church by the alter. Traditional. Enter the non-traditional part. After the ceremony guests were invited downstairs for a 400- Cakeology cupcake/champagne/tea party. Love & Love!! Throw in a barbershop quartet, a surprise serenade from the bride to the groom and plenty of time for everyone to mingle…so fun. After a wedding bell send off K & D, bridal party and families made their way to Boston’s Back Bay for an elegant sit down dinner at The Algonquin Club. Seriously perfect!
